48-Hour Cancellation Policy and Invisalign Consultation Cost
We are committed to providing a seamless booking experience while ensuring flexibility for our patients. To confirm your appointment, we require a booking deposit of £50 per person. This deposit will be collected at the time of booking with the clinic, and as a result, your chosen time slot will be secured.
How the Deposit Works
Your deposit is not an additional fee; instead, it’s a contribution toward the cost of your treatment. After your consultation, the £50 deposit will be deducted from your overall treatment plan, effectively making the consultation free. In this way, you are only paying for your treatment, with the consultation cost already included.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy Explained
To help us manage our schedules efficiently and accommodate all our patients, the deposit is subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, and you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will remain on your account. It can then be applied toward your treatment or a future booking.
- On the other hand, cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit no longer being available as a contribution toward your treatment.
What Happens If You Miss the Deadline?
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, if you cancel late or miss your appointment, we will still offer to rebook you for the next available consultation slot at no additional cost.
