Invisalign can cause discomfort in some patients, however, it varies from patient to patient. Not all significant re-adjustments of your teeth structure will be painless, simply due to how different the teeth structure will turn out to be.
How often do I leave my aligners in?
You should leave them in for 20-22 hours a day to see the quickest results, lowering the time you keep them in for will only slow the process down. Keeping them in for the optimal time will allow you to see the most predictable results.
