prevent dental anxiety in 3 simple steps
Prevent dental anxiety with these 3 easy steps. Help overcome the anxiety that’s stopping you from getting the help you need.
Patient anxiety…
It affects so many lives on a day-to-day basis – engulfing patients’ minds.
Only to drive them away from the care they so desperately need.
How can you tackle it?
There are many ways, however, I’m going to give you the 3 quickest ways.
Play calming music in the waiting room
Grab your favorite headphones or earphones and immerse yourself in soothing music.
Meditation music provides a calm, relaxing tone that will certainly slow down your heart rate.
hummmmmmm
Focus on breathing slowly, too.
The objective is to lower your heart rate and how often you’re breathing.
You’ll naturally feel all of the anxiety flush away…
Which will put you in the best frame of mind before you head into the treatment room.
talking to me about your worries
I know I’m not some therapist.
However, I do have A LOT of experience & expertise in the dental industry.
So…
I would love to help you see that there’s really nothing to worry about.
In fact, there should be an overwhelming sense of excitement!
Because I will be fixing the issues that have been affecting YOUR quality of life—something that you don’t deserve at all.
I’m always here to help, so if you wanted to ask questions about a procedure you’re getting, I would be more than willing to show you that, actually, everything will be fine.
Speaking to me or your dentist directly will help you squash the doubts that are infecting you.
Remember to always talk to your dentist about ANY worries or concerns you have.

There’s nothing worse than entering a treatment room with no clue on what’s going to happen!
You’re probably thinking we have these massive drills…
That will drive huge holes into your gums, a massive grabbing tool that rips teeth out in a blink of an eye.
This couldn’t be further from the truth….
We don’t have massive tools for this, massive tools for that…
The point is that becoming educated on how our procedures work is going to greatly reduce the amount of anxiety plaguing your mind.
We will show you EVERYTHING you need to know before you enter the clinic.
For example….
The expectations, what exactly will happen, and what exactly will this procedure fix.
I’m just naming a few.
More education = less uncertainty = less anxiety.
